Lely Resort Single Family and Condo Communities

Alden Woods

These condos were built from 2008 to 2014. They range in size from +/-1,657 to 2,040 square feet and are available as 2-3 bedrooms. Alden Woods Community Clubhouse has a private pool, spa, and fitness center for the community residents. The community is around lakes and provides lake and preserve views. In addition, Players Club and Spa Membership is mandatory for Alden Woods owners.

Ascot

These condos were built from 2003 to 2005. They range in size from +/-1,632-2,240 square feet and are available as 2+ or three bedrooms. They have a view of the lake, preserve, or golf course and a one—or two-car garage. In addition, residents of the community enjoy the use of the community pool. Also, Lely Resort Players Club and Spa Membership is mandatory for Ascot condo owners.

Ashton Place

Stock Development built these homes from 2006-2007. This gated community comprises only 78 single-family homes ranging from +/-1,624 square feet to 2,451 square feet. Owners enjoy using the community pool amenities for residents' use only. Furthermore, Lely Club and Spa Membership is mandatory for Ashton Place homeowners.

Caldecott

These single-family homes were built from 2007 to 2010. The homes in Caldecott range in size from +/-1,649 square feet to 2,132 square feet. Stock Development built the homes with two plus dens to three bedrooms. This gated community consists of only 63 single-family homes. In addition, membership to the Lely Club and Spa is mandatory for Caldecott homeowners.

Calumet Reserve

These homes were built from 1994-2005. With 2-4 bedrooms, the homes range from +/-1,392 to 2,000 square feet. The community consists of only 84 single-family villa homes, available as either attached or detached villas. In addition, the buildings are constructed as either one or two stories, with the homes having two-car garages. Calumet Reserve homeowners built before 2003 must join Lely Resort Club and Spa. Finally, some homes in Calumet Reserve are older than 2003 and, therefore, are Club Optional and are one of the Lely Resort Communities that are not required to join the resort.

Canwick Cove

This is one of the last Lely Resort Communities built from 2014-2015. This is a gated area of only 38 single-family homes built by Stock Development. The homes range in size from +/-2,273 to 2,585 square feet under air and have from 2 - 4 bedrooms. The lots will all have outstanding views of the water or golf course. All owners in Lely Canwick Cove will be Lely Resort Club and Spa members.

Champions

These coach homes range in size from +/-2,160 to 2,719 square feet. The Champions condo community is a gated coach home community of only 60 coach homes tucked away inside the gated community of Mustang Island. This community was built from 2004 to 2005. The Champions residents also have a heated pool, spa, and clubhouse. Owners of Lely Champions homes must become members of the Lely Resort.

Chase Preserve

These homes were built from 1995 to 2008. This gated enclave has 2+ to 3+ bedroom single-family attached villas, ranging in size from +/-1,569 to 2,462 sq ft. The location on the Flamingo golf course offers golf, private preserve, or lake views. The community has its clubhouse, pool, spa, tennis courts, and more. Some of the Chase Preserve Villas are Lely Club optional homes.

Classics Plantation

These homes were built from 2002-2013. This is one of only two Lely Resort Communities that are manned guard gated. The floor plans have 3 to 5+ bedrooms with +/-2.606 to 6,168 sq ft under air. Custom home builders offered different floorplans and custom features in one of the best locations available in Lely at the time. There are homes with views of the Classics golf course. Homes in Lely Resort Communities built after 2003 are required to join the resort. However, some Lely Classics homes are optional for the Lely Club.

Cordoba

These homes were built in 2009 and range in size from +/-1,544 to 2,383 square feet. Encore Development, LLC, is developing a community of only 50 single-family courtyard-style homes. The unique courtyard homes have zero lot lines; however, some are available with a gorgeous long water view. Owners of Lely Cordoba Homes must join the Club and Spa.

Cottesmore

These homes were built from 2007 to 2010. This is a gated, luxury community of 57 homes with floorplans offering 2+ bedrooms up to 4 bedrooms. The homes range in size from +/-2,225-2,650 square feet under AC. Many owners enjoy premium views, as the houses were built along the fairway of The Classics golf course. The location is across from Alden Woods and Canwick Cove. Owners of Cottesmore dwellings are required to join Lely Resort.

Falcons Glen

These homes were built from 1994 to 1999. This community has only 88 single-family homes, ranging in size from 2 to 3+ bedrooms, with between +/-1,414 and 1943 square feet of living area under AC. It has less restrictive leasing rules and is one of the lowest-priced single-family home sections in Lely Resort. Falcons Glen residences are Lely Club, Optional Homes.

Flamingo Fairways

These condos were built from 2001 to 2003. This is a small community of condos ranging in size from 2 bedrooms plus a den and two baths to 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms—Flamingo Fairways Condos range from +/-1,476 to 1640 square feet of living area under air. Flamingo Fairways residences have their swimming pool area in the community and are Lely Club Optional Homes.

Greenlinks

The Greenlinks golf condos are a unique offering in Lely Resort. Many trips centered around golf include the Greenlinks. These condos were built from 2001 to 2003. This community is set up as a hotel, and the community management company offers full-service daily listings and maintenance. The condos range in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms and have between +/-1,062-1,454 square feet of living area under air. The community has no garages, as the parking lot serves all Greenlinks condos.

Hawthorne and Tasori

These coach homes are available with 2-3+ bedrooms and range in size from +/-1,880 to 2,532 square feet under air. Hawthorne is located within the gated Classics community. These homes were built from 2006-2008. Hawthorne residents have a clubhouse with a theatre and pool amenities. However, Hawthorne coach homeowners are also required to be members of the Lely Resort Club and Spa.

Indian Wells Golf Villas

These golf villa homes were built from 1997-2001. The community is gated for additional security. Only 44 golf villas offer water, golf courses, and preserve views. The villas range in size from +/-1,631-1,900 square feet under air and are available in 3 bedrooms and two baths. Membership in the Lely Resort Club and Spa is optional for Indian Wells owners.

Lakoya

This single-family home community was built in 2011 and finished in 2017. It has several phases and offers single-family homes and attached and detached villas. The home sizes range from +/-1,809 to 3,490, with homes ranging from 2 bedrooms to 4+ bedrooms. Lakoya and Canwick Cove are the only Lely Resort Communities that offer Natural Gas. All Lakoya owners are required to join the resort.

Legacy

These coach homes range in size from +/-2,160 to 2,686 square feet and were built from 2006-2011. The floorplans offered were 2-4+ bedrooms with a 2-car attached garage. Lely Legacy condos were built with the possibility of having an elevator, which is excellent for second-story owners. All Legacy owners must join the Lely Resort.

Lely Island Estates

These homes were built starting in 1991. Therefore, membership in the resort is optional. The community has only 190 single-family homes. Different home builders had worked in this area before Stock Development was established. The homes range from +/-2,052 to 5,891 square feet under AC and have 2+ to 5+ bedrooms.

Majors

These homes were built from 2004 to 2007. The community has 142 grand Tuscan-style homes. In addition, all Major's houses were built by Stock Development. The home sizes range from +/-2,537 to 3,895 square feet under air. The homes in the Majors have impact glass in the front windows, a 3-car garage, and a large lanai for outdoor living. All Lely Majors homeowners are members of the resort.

Martinique

This community within the Classics was built from 2007 - 2011. It is a nook of only 28 single-family homes ranging in size from +/-2,809 to 3,910 square feet. The homes have 3 to 4+ bedrooms. Many buyers commented that the homesites are generally smaller than most in the Classics, with a more modest-sized home. All Classics Martinique homeowners join the resort.

Master’s Reserve

These homes range in size from +/-1,672 to 2,500 square feet under air. There are only 136 single-family homes, and the community was built from 2002 to 2005. Masters Reserve single-family home floorplans range from 2+ to 4 bedrooms. Many buyers see these homes as suitable investments due to the more liberal rental policy. Masters Reserve homes built before 2003 may be Lely Club, Optional Homes.

Moorgate Point

The community was built from 2007 - 20013. These paired villas range in size from +/-1,816 - 2,125 square feet. The floorplans were either side entry or front entry and were 2+ to 3 bedrooms. The views range from the lake, private preserve, and some golf course views. All Moorgate Point villa homeowners join the Lely Resort Club and Spa.

Mustang Island

The community was built from 2002 to 2006. It is a gated single-family enclave of 187 homes. The floorplans range in size from +/-2,015 to 2,975 square feet under air. The homes have 2+ to 4 bedrooms. The area offers views of the Mustang golf course and water and preserves views. Owners of Mustang Island homes newer than 2003 must join the Players Club and Spa.

Mustang Villas

This community has only 60 attached villas, built from 1993 to 1996. The floorplan of most of these villas is identical, with a mirror image pair that is +/-1,466 square feet under air. Some villas have great water views, others view the Mustang golf course, and others have no view. Mustang Villas owners have low HOA fees and do not have to join the resort.

Mystic Greens

These condos range in size from +/-1,385 - 2,503 square feet. The community was built from 1992 - 2000. The floorplans are homes with 2 to 3+ bedrooms and a one—or two-car garage. Homeowners enjoy the community pool and have an entry gate. This is one of the Lely Resort Communities where membership to the Lely Resort Club and Spa is optional.

Ole

This condo community is like the little resort in Lely Resort. Town amenities include a pub, dining, resort pool, and theater. The condos range in size from +/-1,225 to 2,100 sq ft. There are a variety of options. Different floorplans include flats, split-level townhomes, townhomes, and casitas. All Ole owners join the Ole Resort and may join the Lely Resort Club and Spa.

Palomino Villas

This is a community of 56 villas and one freestanding villa. The homes are a floorplan of 2+ or 3-bedroom homes with a +/-1,470 sq ft footprint. As an older section of Lely built from 1995 to 1997, Palomino Village does not have an entry gate. However, this community in Lely Resort has relatively low fees. Furthermore, Palomino is one of the Lely Resort Communities where owners do not have to join the resort.

Pinnacle Cove

This single-family home community is one of the original communities built in Lely Resort and is club-optional. The homes were built starting in 1991 and completed around 2003. The community is at the South end of Lely Resort and is next to Lely Island Estates. Different home builders had worked in this area before Stock Development was established. The homes range in size from +/-2,034 to 3,331 square feet under air and have three bedrooms and two baths up to four bedrooms plus a den and two and one-half bathrooms. The homes typically have either a two or three-car garage. 

Players Cove

The coach homes were constructed from 2007 to 2014. Players Cove condos range from +/-2,091 to 2,743 square feet under air. The community is located across the street from the resort amenities, so no community pool exists. In addition, owners are all Lely Resort Club and Spa members—just a short walk away.

Prestwick Place

These villas range from +/-1,694 - 2,398 square feet. Prestwick Place, a community built from 2005 - 2008, has 97 villas. The villas typically have or can have a lanai and private pool for owners' enjoyment. In addition, the floorplans range from 1,694 to 2,398 square feet under air and have 2+ to 3+ bedrooms. Also, Prestwick Place owners must join the Lely Resort Club and Spa.

Saratoga

The community of Saratoga is near the 951 entrance off Grand Lely Drive. The coach homes in  Saratoga range in size from +/-1,880 to 2,498 square feet under air. These coach homes had two bedrooms plus a den with two bathrooms and up to three bedrooms plus a den with three bathrooms.  Construction of the community was done from 2002-2003. All of the Saratoga coach homes have either a 1 or 2 Garage. Membership in the Lely Resort Club and Spa is optional.

Signature Club

These condos are the newest available. They are the final group of homes built in Lely Resort by Stock Development. They started to be built in 2016. They start at 2,091 square feet, with 2+ bedrooms. This was one of the last projects in Lely Resort, located next to the Lely Resort Club and Spa.

Sunstone

These condos range in size from 1,247 to 1,690 square feet. The community was built from 1995 to 2005. The three Sunstone condo communities are Aquamarine at Sunstone, Ruby at Sunstone, Peridot at Sunstone, and Sunstone on Fairways. These condos have 2 to 3 bedrooms. Also, some Sunstone condo owners do not have to join the resort.

Sussex Place

These single-family homes range in size from 2,225 to 3,009 square feet. The entire community was built from 2006 - 2007. The Sussex Place homes have 2+ to 4 bedrooms. This is one of the Lely Resort Communities that must join the resort.

Tiger Island Estates

These homes were built from 1993 - 2013. This community of 142 homes ranges from 1,942 to 4,200 square feet. Tiger Island Homes have from 2 to 5+ bedrooms. The homes vary in size and type as there are many builders in the development of the community. All of the homes in Tiger Island are Club Optional.

Twelve Oaks

The condos in Twelve Oaks were some of the first built in the community from 1991 to 1992; therefore, the owners' responsibility to join the Lely Resort Club and Spa is not mandatory but optional. They are also some of the lowest-priced condos in Lely Resort. The condos in Twelve Oaks have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lovely lanai, and a laundry room. All of the condos in Twelve Oaks are serviced by the parking lot, as there are no garages in the community.

Verandas At Tiger Island

The condos in The Verandas At Tiger Island were built from 1993 to 1997; therefore, owners are responsible for joining the Lely Resort Club and Spa, which is optional. These condos are located in the Southern part of Lely Resort and are some of the development's lowest-priced condos. The condos in The Verandas have two bedrooms and two bathrooms or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The size of the condos ranges from 1,439 to 1,646 square feet. The condos have either a one or two-car garage.
