Runaway Bay
Some of the most desirable home sites are located in Runaway Bay. The Club is nearby, and there are amazing navigable waterway views and long water over golf course views. Sauvignon
The small community of Sauvignon is an enclave of single-family homes. These homes were all built in 2007. The location offers excellent views of the Marriott — Rookery Golf Course. The homes were built from 2,450 to 3,700 square feet, and typically they had a large pool and screened-in lanai area to enjoy. They were all built with two car garages with a courtyard-style driveway entrance. The homes had from 3 to 4+ bedrooms.
Serena
