Todd Norris

David did an excellent job in providing my wife and me a firsthand insight into the Naples area. We spent considerable time going through various communities in our price range matched with our wants and desires. David exerted no pressure. He provided us with the plus and minus of each community that we visited. Working with David was a worthwhile experience which I would highly recommend. - Todd Norris

Huge thank you to David and Tracy for the great service provided throughout the search, purchase, and closing of our new home on Marco Island. They were always available day or night to answer any questions we had, big or small. Doing most of the process from Minnesota was a bit unnerving at first, but they made the process as smooth as could be. We highly recommend them to anyone looking at property in the Naples/Marco Island area. - Molly Hagan

We worked with David and Tracy for over a year trying to find the perfect house for us in Naples. We live in Michigan and met David at an open house while we were in Naples for a vacation. The thing we liked immediately was David’s no-pressure personality. He asked a lot of questions to determine what we were looking for. After that, we looked at many houses while we were here and then David also continued to send us listings by email. David and Tracy were always available to talk, to adjust strategy, and to look at whatever we wanted to see. We changed our minds many times about what we were looking for. After a year, we found the perfect house for us. It was reassuring to have Schulz Realty in Naples to negotiate for us while we were in Michigan. Would definitely recommend this team! - Steve and Kathy Olmsted

Both my husband and I would highly recommend David. We live in Canada and worked with David to purchase our property in Naples. He is very knowledgeable of the area, never applied pressure, listened to what we wanted, and his primary concern was that we were happy with our choice. - Rhonda Shea

My wife and I have bought and sold many homes in the past 30 years, and we have never known a real estate agent that has been more committed to his work than David Schulz. He listed a house for us 3 years ago and had it sold in a few weeks. Since then, we have purchased a beautiful home with him that we will be listing with him in October, and he found a new home that is being built for us, which we will move into in 2016. Besides his expertise, he's wonderful to work with. - John Wood

Shawn P. McAllister

"I have had the pleasure of knowing David since walking into an open house in Lely in 2011. His professionalism, knowledge, passion, and follow-up set the bar. We spent countless days and weeks with David and Tracy driving around the entire Naples and Marco Island area until David found the exact community, builder, and development we wanted. We had changed our minds, budgets, timing, and locations several times, and David always went the extra mile to accommodate our every need.

The newsletters, area updates, and restaurant suggestions were right on and very much appreciated. Having owned a Sales & Marketing company with close to 100 employees, I know when I meet a genuine, caring, and honest person. David does what he says he is going to do and has exceeded all expectations. We are closing on our newly built home in Treviso Bay and look forward to recommending friends and family to David for their real estate needs as well." - Shawn P. McAllister
