David and Tracy have lived in several resort areas and are immersed in the Naples real estate market. Originally licensed as a REALTOR® in 2007, David works closely to promote the careers of his agents and personally specializes in luxury home sales in waterfront, resort, and golf course communities. He has been a full-time resident in Collier County since 2009 and a year-round top-producing real estate professional in the Naples area since 2010.

David has been a business owner since the age of 17 and has worked with buyers and sellers from around the globe. He is proficient in working with discriminating buyers purchasing homes in resorts and waterfront areas to make the process productive and transparent.
