Golf is a major amenity in the Pelican Landing property, but the opportunity to join the golf club is not mandatory, and there are many other amenities to luxuriate in. For golfers, Three 18-hole golf courses are created in Pelican Landing for members to enjoy. There is an 18-hole Jerry Pate course at The Colony Golf & Country Club, and the Pelican’s Nest Golf Club offers two 18-hole courses designed by Tom Fazio.
The Community Center offers members activities all year. Events include games, classes, clubs, and other social events to keep members involved and entertained. The 4,400 sq ft fitness and Wellness Center is equipped with machines, weights, and an aerobics room.
Outside, there are many natural amenities and games to enjoy. The Tennis Center offers 12 Har-Tru® courts, seven of which are lighted so you can play at night. Pickleball and Bocce are exciting pastimes for many members. Pelican Landing has six pickleball courts and leagues for you to get involved in. There are also two lighted Har-Tru bocce courts for members to enjoy and get involved in league play if they wish.
Pelican Landing has a 34-acre beach park amenity for members to enjoy the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. There are also kayaks and canoes available to check out at the Estero Bay Coconut Point Marina or at the Spring Creek Kayak & Canoe Park on a complimentary basis.
There are many boating, fishing, and sailing options for owners in Pelican Landing. Owners can also lease Boat slips at the Coconut Point Marina on Estero Bay, owned by Pelican Landing, and at the Spring Creek dock. Many members also fish off the two docks on Spring Creek and the dock on Lakemont Cove, as well as fishing on the 59 lakes in Pelican Landing. There are also sailboats available for owners to use, as well as the availability of sailing lessons and races to watch done by the Sailing Club.
